Job Description:
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities by analyzing competitor trends and market conditions.
- Develop new business by researching potential clients, initiating contact, conducting presentations, and closing agreements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and support.
- Drive client retention and renewals by proactively managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Upsell cybersecurity services and solutions by understanding client needs and identifying opportunities for additional products.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge through continuous learning and professional development.
- Support departmental and organizational goals by taking initiative on new projects and value-added opportunities.
Qualifications:
- At least a Senior High School graduate; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
- Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in IT, telecommunications, or a related industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
