Job Description:
- Partner with the HR Head and Executive Office to develop and implement effective HR policies and programs that support business growth.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and thought leadership on organizational development, talent management, and people-related strategies.
- Educate and coach managers on performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Provide expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, feedback mechanisms, and coaching to enhance workforce engagement and productivity.
- Oversee and support the recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development (L&D) programs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to foster a high-performance culture, ensuring employees feel engaged, valued, and inspired to contribute to business success.
- Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and provide guidance to employees at all levels on HR matters.
- Conduct training on compensation structures, performance management, and career development to support employee growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in HR generalist roles or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
