Job Description:

  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities by analyzing competitor trends and market conditions.
  • Develop new business by researching potential clients, initiating contact, conducting presentations, and closing agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and support.
  • Drive client retention and renewals by proactively managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Upsell cybersecurity services and solutions by understanding client needs and identifying opportunities for additional products.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Support departmental and organizational goals by taking initiative on new projects and value-added opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • At least a Senior High School graduate; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
  • Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in IT, telecommunications, or a related industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
